Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior AI Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, testing, and implementing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.
This position is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals with a strong foundation in Python programming, Machine Learning, data analysis, and AI technologies. The candidate will have opportunities to work on real-world AI applications and collaborate with experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing AI and Machine Learning models.
- Design, build, test, and maintain AI-powered applications.
- Develop Python-based solutions for data processing and automation.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Support the development of Generative AI applications and LLM-based solutions.
- Implement machine learning algorithms for classification, regression, and prediction.
- Perform model training, testing, validation, and performance evaluation.
- Work with APIs to integrate AI models into applications.
- Collaborate with software developers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize model performance.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to project development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or software development.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts.
- Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Basic knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or other AI APIs.
- Basic understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Knowledge of Deep Learning and Neural Networks.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience using Git, GitHub, Docker, and Jupyter Notebook.
- Internship experience or academic projects in AI/ML is a plus.
