Legal Ready is a leading provider of digital solutions for the legal profession, including eBrief ReadyDisclosure Ready, and Litigation Ready. Our products are trusted by barristers, law firms, and courts to manage matters efficiently, securely, and with less stress.

Role Purpose

Our Product Trainers play a key role in helping law firms, barristers, and courts get the most out of Legal Ready’s products. You will design and deliver engaging training sessions, create user-friendly learning materials, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure adoption and confidence in our technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions (virtual and in-person) to law firms, barristers, clerks, and court staff.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including guides, videos, and interactive modules.
  • Partner with the Customer Success and Product teams to identify training needs and feedback loops.
  • Support onboarding programs for new customers and assist with refresher training as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates and legal practice trends to ensure training content is current.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group coaching to customers requiring additional support.

Skills & ExperienceEssential:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technology simply and clearly.
  • Experience in training, teaching, or coaching – ideally in a professional services or technology environment.
  • Comfort with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and adapt to part-time workload needs.

Desirable (a plus):

  • A legal qualification (LLB, JD, or equivalent) or direct experience working in legal practice.
  • Prior experience training in legal technology or professional services software.
  • Knowledge of litigation, family law, or court procedures.

Role Details

  • Employment type: Part-time (approx. 2–3 days per week, flexible).
  • Remuneration: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
  • Start Date: Immediate / by agreement.
