What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide timely and effective administrative support to the office or department
- Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and take messages for staff
- Transcribe, type, format, and proofread various documents and materials
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and travel arrangements
- Manage staff appointments and schedules, utilizing office equipment as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Less than 2 years of leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Previous administrative or related experience
- Experience with internet research and proofreading/editing
