Job Description

Posted on: December 20, 2025

Project Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position - you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Project Summary

Contributors will complete structured form-filling tasks using general-domain source content, verify field-level accuracy using citations and confidence scores, perform PII hygiene, and contribute to schema and rubric improvements. Work includes both high-volume extraction tasks and targeted edge-case generation.

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based upon anticipated time of completion. Consultants will control their own schedule, provide their own tools to perform the work, and are free to simultaneously provide services to other vendors and employers to the extent permitted by those vendors and employers.

Responsibilities

Contributors will:

  • Extract field-level data from general-domain documents and complete structured forms
  • Provide citations and confidence scores for all extracted values
  • Review and validate model-generated outputs
  • Identify, flag, and redact PII according to guidelines
  • Generate edge-case examples to test model robustness
  • Apply schema and rubric standards consistently
  • Report ambiguities, inconsistencies, or unclear instructions
  • Support occasional refinement of schema definitions or task rules

Expected Outcomes

  • High-accuracy structured data submissions
  • Consistent, citation-backed field values with confidence scoring
  • Clean, policy-compliant handling of PII
  • Well-constructed edge-case examples and feedback on rubric clarity

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with data annotation, structured data workflows, or quality assurance
  • Strong English comprehension across general text categories
  • Familiarity with form fill, document interpretation, and data validation
  • Ability to follow detailed rubrics and maintain high attention to detail
  • Comfort working in web-based annotation tools and adhering to operational guidelines
