We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and an interest in finance, working in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support financial modeling, scenario analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and management teams to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain and improve financial reporting processes and documentation.

✅ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles (internships or project experience accepted).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
