This remote Client Engagement role provides a structured, process-led environment for professionals looking to apply their experience in a flexible, contract-based setting.Who We Are Looking For 

We are seeking a Client Engagement professional to support structured conversations with prospective contacts and manage early-stage engagement within a remote, system-driven environment. 

You’ll be speaking with individuals who have already made an enquiry, providing information and answering initial questions through scheduled conversations. 

This role is well suited to professionals with experience in client engagement, account support, customer communication, or other people-facing roles who are comfortable following defined processes, communicating clearly, and working independently. 

This position is best suited to professionals seeking a longer-term, performance-aligned contract role rather than short-term or casual work. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Conduct structured phone and online conversations with prospective contacts 
  • Follow defined qualification and communication processes 
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems 
  • Manage follow-up activity and scheduling in a timely, professional manner 
  • Operate independently while adhering to agreed workflows and standards 

This role does not involve cold calling or high-pressure sales activity. 

What we’re looking for 

  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner 
  • Comfort working within structured processes and systems 
  • Reliable follow-through and effective time management 
  • Experience in client engagement, account support, hospitality leadership, retail management, customer service, or similar people-facing environments 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based role
