We're on the hunt for a creative superstar who can turn ideas into visually stunning designs that resonate with our clients and their audiences.

What You'll Do:

• Create Eye-Catching Designs: Develop graphics for Meta ads, text blasts, social media campaigns, and promotional materials that captivate and convert.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with client branding, industry standards, and current trends.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing, copywriting, and creative teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
• Stay Innovative: Research and apply the latest trends in graphic design and digital marketing to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
• Organize & Maintain Files: Use proper naming conventions and maintain a structured, accessible file system in Canva and other design platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Design Expertise: Proficiency in Canva is required.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with Canva animations, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and CapCut for video editing is a plus but not required.
• Aesthetic Sense: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Digital Marketing Experience: Familiarity with designing for social media, paid advertising, and email campaigns.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to every project.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
