Dutch Customer Service Associate - Remote All Over Greece

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a position for a Dutch Customer Service Associate to join our remote team across Greece! As a vital part of our customer support department, you will assist our Dutch-speaking customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional service experience. • Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services in a timely manner
• Assist with customer inquiries and effectively resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service quality improvement
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience
• Stay updated on the latest company offerings and policies to confidently assist customers
• Participate in training sessions to improve your product knowledge and service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but a genuine desire to assist customers is required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently in a remote work environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software are advantageous
• Willingness to work remotely from anywhere in Greece while being an integral part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary
