What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and chat, offering warm, professional assistance
- Answer questions about services, appointments, and healthcare programs
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with accuracy
- Provide follow-up calls and check-ins to ensure patient satisfaction
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Maintain accurate records in our system while protecting sensitive information
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service or call center experience (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills — you know how to listen actively and respond with care
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and email platforms
- Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment
- A calm, professional demeanor — even during busy or challenging calls
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)
