What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and chat, offering warm, professional assistance
  • Answer questions about services, appointments, and healthcare programs
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with accuracy
  • Provide follow-up calls and check-ins to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns with patience and empathy
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient experiences
  • Maintain accurate records in our system while protecting sensitive information

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service or call center experience (healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills — you know how to listen actively and respond with care
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and email platforms
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment
  • A calm, professional demeanor — even during busy or challenging calls
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)
