International Sales Assistant

• We are looking for a proactive Export Sales Assistant to support our International Sales team, with a primary focus on the French market. The role involves managing export orders, coordinating international logistics, preparing export documentation, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the International Sales team with export administration.
• Process and monitor export orders from receipt to delivery.
• Prepare quotations and commercial documentation.
• Communicate with international customers, primarily in France.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics providers and warehouse teams.
• Resolve order and delivery issues.
• Support sales initiatives and international trade fairs.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual French (essential).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in export sales, international logistics, and export documentation.
• Strong knowledge of the French FMCG/consumer goods market.
• Experience working with major retail customers, including hypermarkets and supermarket chains.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and AI tools is an advantage.
