Experience Required: 1–2 years in marketing, social media, or content creation
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing social media channels for all clients, creating engaging graphics and short-form content, and assisting with HubSpot administration. This role is ideal for a creative and organized individual with 1–2 years of marketing experience who enjoys both content creation and digital marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management
- Organize and schedule content across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Engage with followers, monitor comments/messages, and grow the online community
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for better engagement
Graphic & Short-Form Content Creation
- Design eye-catching graphics and ad creative (using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
- Edit and produce short-form videos as needed (Reels, Shorts)
HubSpot Administration
- Assist with email campaign setup, landing page updates, and CRM maintenance
- Help segment contact lists and track campaign performance
- Support marketing automation workflows as needed
General Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content ideas
- Assist with analytics reporting, performance readouts, and competitive research
- Conduct in-depth research to support content development, including sourcing accurate statistics, authoritative citations, and high-value backlink opportunities to enhance credibility and SEO performance
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (or similar design tools).
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of HubSpot.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Thrive in a remote role with little supervision
- Understand startups and have an ability to design for a B2B SaaS client
- Able to understand a client's vision meet their expectations
- Manage a continual pipeline of design requests
