About Us

We’re an AI agency helping businesses implement AI-powered agents that handle lead generation, customer communication, inbound qualification, and other automation workflows. We’re growing quickly and looking for motivated sales-focused specialists to join us.

The Role

We’re looking for proactive, results-driven people who can help identify opportunities, generate leads, and support our sales pipeline. You’ll be reaching out via email, LinkedIn, or other channels — and passing qualified leads through to us, or joining calls if you want to grow into that.

Target Market

Our initial focus is on Australian businesses, so you’ll primarily be reaching out to Australian companies.

But if you have connections or prospects in other countries, that’s absolutely welcome too — we won’t say no to good leads!

What You’ll Be Doing

- Identifying and contacting potential clients

- Running outreach through whichever channels you excel at (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)

- Qualifying leads and forwarding interested prospects

- Optionally joining discovery/demo calls if you want to step into that part of the process

Flexibility

Work from anywhere. Choose your own hours. Just be responsive enough to keep conversations warm and move leads along.

Who You Are

- Experience in B2B outreach, sales, or lead generation

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Organised, consistent, and self-motivated

- Comfortable with CRM tools (or quick to learn)

- Have your own laptop, phone and stable internet

Compensation

This role uses a performance-based compensation structure.
