Neuro Rehab Nutrition (NRN) is a small but fast growing specialist service supporting people with brain and spinal injuries as well as complex trauma and neurological conditions to optimise their health and recovery through personalised nutrition and lifestyle interventions. We work closely with individuals, families, clinicians, case managers and solicitors to deliver evidence-based, holistic care.
As our practice grows, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Business Manager to support both the day-to-day operations, and also assist with longer-term business development. This role will work closely with the company Director to identify and drive forward efficiencies and improvements within the business as it grows. Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Case Management Support
Follow up and chase medical/nutritional reports
Schedule appointments, liaise with clients, and coordinate travel where necessary
Manage inbox enquiries, flag priorities, and draft responses
Associate Management
Run recruitment campaigns for the Director
Screen applications, schedule interviews and manage the end to end recruitment process
Manage and track on and off-boarding of associates
Keep accurate HR records
Operations & Admin
Prepare costings and monthly invoices for clients and funders
To organise associate and employee invoices and expenses
Maintain client and HR records and workflows across systems (e.g., Qunote, FreeAgent, OneDrive, copilot)
Provide general admin and operational support to the clinical team
Marketing & Business Development
Support with social media, email campaigns, and outreach
Help identify new opportunities for growth, referrals, or partnerships
Maintain an up-to-date contact and mailing list
Skills & ExperienceEssential:
Business operation management
Business development experience
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Experience with Qunote and/or FreeAgent or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable liaising with professionals and clients, including case managers
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Confident with spreadsheets, invoicing, and email/diary management
Sensible, proactive and always looking for ways to improve the business.
Desirable:
Familiarity with medical, health, rehab, or case management settings
Marketing and/or content creation experience
Interest in health, nutrition, or neuro-rehabilitation a bonus
Familiarity with working with neurodiversity

Role
The role is 25 hours per week, ideally 9.30-2.30 Mon-Fri. Start/finish times are flexible but must be available to start between 8-10am.
Annual leave 21 days (inc bank holidays) (33 days FTE)
Salary range £22-24.5k (FTE £33-37k) depending on skills and experience
