Freelance UX/UI Designers

Nørd Studio is looking for talented freelance UX/UI designers.

We are Nørd Studio, a Scandinavian design studio dedicated to crafting thoughtful and accessible UX, content, and digital solutions. Our team is focused on creating user-centered and accessible designs that enhance digital experiences. Based in Copenhagen, we take pride in our innovative and functional approach to design. Our philosophy? When freelancers are treated as genuine partners rather than exploited for profit, magic happens. What we're looking forEssential:

• Proficiency in Framer (preferential) and Figma (we live and breathe these tools)
• Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)
• Strong UX/UI portfolio showcasing user-centered design
• Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Scandinavian markets
• Accessibility expertise: Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines, EU Accessibility Act 2025 requirements, and experience designing for assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation, etc.)
• Previous freelance experience with design agencies
