We’re looking for a proactive and engaging Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and manage learning programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, development, and supporting a remote-first workforce.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain training programs and learning materials.
• Conduct virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to identify learning needs and skill gaps.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain learning management systems (LMS) and training documentation.
• Support onboarding and continuous development initiatives.
• Track training participation, progress, and outcomes.

✅ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, HR, or related roles (internships or volunteer experience accepted).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with virtual learning tools and platforms (LMS, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar).
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
