Job DetailsJob Purpose Responsible for supporting the global commercial team by managing the account portfolio and coordinating updates on opportunities progress with Operations and Commercial. This includes proactively maintaining the portfolio in close collaboration with Opportunity owners and Account Managers, as well as identifying and reporting on key opportunities. The aim is to prevent overdue milestones, ensure accurate commercial follow‑up, and support overall business performance. A core responsibility is to help drive repeated sales (“Protect”). Success in this role requires strong attention to quality, well‑structured follow‑up, and effective collaboration with Commercial and Operations stakeholders. This role is in support of Cencora's global pharma consulting services marketed through our PharmaLex business. Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Support Sales Management: Assist sales representatives by providing necessary resources, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring they regularly have up-to-date opportunities and sales figures.
- Coordination: Work with collaborators from Commercial and Business Groups to facilitate commercial activities follow-up, ensure smooth flow and Opportunities in Salesforce (RevX).
- Sales Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and prepare management reports to assess performance, highlight improvement opportunities, and flag issues requiring corrective action.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships and handle renewal‑related inquiries as needed.
- Training and Development for CRM: Assist in training new sales staff and provide ongoing support to enhance team productivity in managing Salesforce and promote best practices.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge And Ability Requirements
- Verbal and written proficiency in English language (business fluent)
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Proven experience working for a Service Provider (pharmaceutical nice to have)
- Technical Proficiency: Very good skill in using Salesforce (RevX) and PBI, including reporting functionalities
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, global matrix environment
- Good level of responsibility, professionalism, and diplomacy when engaging internal stakeholders
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to address issues promptly and efficiently
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Experience working within a large, matrix organization
- Experience working with different countries and cultures
