Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mobile Service Technician. The Mobile Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site hydraulic hose repairs and maintenance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The role includes maintaining customer relationships, following safety and operational protocols, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of service jobs. The technician will also manage inventory for tools and parts and handle customer queries professionally.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in mechanical repairs, hydraulic systems, and equipment maintenance
• Problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting expertise to identify and resolve issues
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills to ensure timely job completion
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and operational guidelines
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work independently
• Prior experience in hydraulic systems or related technical field is advantageous but not mandatory
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications would be beneficial
