Virtual Assistant – Dental OS Outreach & Systems Support

📍 Remote | 🌍 Candidates from the Philippines preferred

We run Dental OS, a fast-growing system that helps dental clinics across the UK and Dubai capture enquiries, book patients automatically, and build lasting authority online.

We’re now looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us scale faster.

What you’ll be doing:

• Researching dental clinics and enriching prospect data (social followers, last posts, Google reviews/ratings)
• Preparing and sending tailored outreach emails (templates provided)
• Managing CRM entries (GoHighLevel, Klaviyo)
• Checking Meta Ad Library for competitor ads
• Supporting LinkedIn outreach and scheduling follow-ups
• (Bonus) Helping with GoHighLevel/Zapier automations and light technical setup

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
• Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter.io (or similar tools)
• (Bonus) Previous experience as a tech VA (automation tools, CRM setup, funnel support)
