Job Title: Customer Retention Operative

Location: Remote (UK Only)

Salary: Competitive salary linked to experience + Benefits

Reporting To: Operations Manager

At PricedUp, we are an exciting and rapidly expanding operator in the gambling industry, committed to providing an enjoyable and fair gaming experience to players in the UK. We combine great customer service with expert knowledge to offer an exciting range of sports betting and casino products. We are now looking for a dedicated, driven, and passionate Customer Retention Operative to join our growing team and help us take our operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver data-driven retention campaigns across channels including email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
  •  Segment players by lifecycle, value, activity, and preferences to deliver relevant and timely communications.
  •  Set up and manage promotional offers and bonuses through our CRM tools.
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on key KPIs such as reactivation rate, ARPU, and churn.
  • Support the execution of promotional calendars around major UK sporting events (e.g. Premier League, Cheltenham, Grand National).
  • Work cross-functionally with Sports, Casino, Customer Support and Compliance teams to ensure seamless player journeys.
  • Ensure full compliance with UKGC and responsible gambling requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Retention focussed iGaming  role is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Passion for the iGaming industry, a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Symplify.
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and reporting on campaign outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of UKGC regulations and responsible gambling practices.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and unsociable hours as required
