As our Payins Operations Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing the incidents reported to the Operations payins team, through Jira and other tools, developing detailed reports to provide visibility into operational performance at various levels, and generating insights on the data collected to identify systemic solutions that will reduce the number of incidents. This role is critical in ensuring smooth running of the Jira tool across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with internal SLAs.
