Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a New Homes Sales Progressor. The primary responsibilities include managing the sales progression process for new homes, acting as the main point of contact for clients, liaising with buyers, estate agents, solicitors, and housebuilders, and ensuring a smooth and timely progression to contract exchange and completion. The ideal candidate will resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the journey.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Home Sales and Homebuilding
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Good understanding of the Conveyancing process
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of detail and organization
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritising efficiently
- Experience in property sales progression and in new build estate agency industry is essential
