Job Summary
Nyhuis Creative is a boutique video production company creating powerful, story-driven visual content for brands, non-profits, and creative agencies. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow our client base locally in the Washington area and nationally. This is a 100% commission-based role with high earning potential and the freedom to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new video production clients (local & national)
- Build long-term relationships with business owners, agencies, non-profits, and entrepreneurs to ensure retention and growth of existing accounts
- Collaborate with our creative team to tailor proposals and pitches
- Manage your own outreach, CRM, and deal flow
- Provide field insight to help improve marketing or sales strategies
- Represent Nyhuis Creative with excellence and integrity
- Proven experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work without close supervision
