Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Secretary with experience in notarial work. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for performing clerical tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, managing company secretarial work, and delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities will include managing professional communications, preparing documents for notarial purposes, handling schedules, and coordinating meetings.
Qualifications
- Excellent Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Company Secretarial Work
- Customer Service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Experience in the notarial field is a plus
- Driver's license
