What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Engage in emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote setting
- Document pet medical information accurately and schedule appointments efficiently
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards while maintaining a calm demeanor
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Reliable wired Ethernet connection (satellite internet and 4G/5G hotspots are not supported)
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and various programs such as Gmail and Zoom
- Previous work-from-home experience or minimal peer interaction experience
- High attention to detail and punctuality in meeting work requirements
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with handling sensitive conversations and emotional support related to pets
- Previous experience in the veterinary or animal care field
