What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment
  • Provide assistance and solutions to customer inquiries

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum typing speed of 25-30 words per minute
  • Proficient computer skills in a Windows-based environment
  • Punctual with a strong attendance record
  • Ability to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check
  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain composure under pressure
