What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service and support questions for all application offerings
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues with exceptional customer service
- Deliver a high-quality client experience by identifying and documenting client needs and concerns
- Communicate and collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality
- Participate in quality assurance and application testing of software as required
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree recommended
- Proficient in MS Office and related products
- Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external interactions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in healthcare or clinical settings
- Familiarity with e-chart or practice management software
