What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Experience in high-touch customer service, technical support, or call center environments serving premium clients
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and language
  • Detail-oriented and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership for customer experiences
  • Proficient with CRM systems and data tracking
