What Is Required (Qualifications)

 - Experience in high-touch customer service, technical support, or call center environments serving premium clients
 - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and language
 - Detail-oriented and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership for customer experiences
 - Proficient with CRM systems and data tracking
