Product Analyst (multiple roles)

About the Company

Our client is a UK-based digital platform and services organisation that builds and supports customer-facing products used by a large and growing user base. As part of continued investment in analytics, they are looking for a Product Analyst to help teams better understand user behaviour and product performance.

The Role

Working closely with product, technology and commercial teams, you’ll use data to support product decisions, improve customer experience and drive continuous improvement across digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse product and user data to identify trends and insights
• Build dashboards and reports to track product performance
• Support experimentation, testing and optimisation initiatives
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders
• Translate data into clear recommendations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in an analyst, data or reporting role
• Strong Excel skills and experience with SQL
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Comfortable working with product or digital teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

• Experience working with digital products or platforms
• Python, R or analytics tools
• Exposure to user analytics or experimentation
