Your Role as Co-Founder

We are seeking a hands-on, committed Co-Founder who is early in their professional journey, ready to dedicate daily time and consistent energy to building the company and thrives in fast-paced environments. This is an active role with clear expectations for contribution and leadership. Your core responsibilities include:

• Helping design and execute our go-to-market strategy to attract early adopters and scale growth
• Generating and managing leads through LinkedIn and other B2B channels
• Proactively reaching out to potential B2B clients and collaborators
• Contributing to product discussions to ensure alignment with market needs and user feedback
• Posting and engaging regularly on LinkedIn and other platforms to increase company visibility and attract interest
• Participating in daily alignment meetings to discuss goals, priorities, and obstacles

• Energetic, challenge-driven, and ready to transition from employment or freelancing to entrepreneurship
• Excellent communicator with a natural ability to build relationships and articulate new ideas

Required Skills and Experience

• Skilled in LinkedIn lead generation, with the ability to identify decision-makers and convert leads
• Experience in running social media campaigns (B2B) and building engagement on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Awareness of emerging technologies such as Web3, blockchain, NFTs, AI
• (Preferred) Experience and awareness of VC fundraising strategies
• (Preferred) Background or interest in fashion/luxury/retail/hospitality/mental health, or well-being
• (Preferred) Experience in business development
