Role overview:

This role is responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our back-office functions. Your primary focus will be on data entry, maintaining accurate records, processing orders, resolving any issues that may arise during the order fulfilment process and ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Main requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in French (medium/ advanced level).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a proactive approach to professional development.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business dynamics and priorities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders submitted through the internal platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify product availability, pricing and shipping information and address any issues promptly.
  • Monitor the status of orders throughout the fulfilment process, ensuring timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders, including tracking and delivery information.
  • Adress any order-related inquiries and collaborate with other departments for a timely resolution.
  • Create new product codes in the order management system.
  • Manage the billing process by registering and checking all received invoices and escalating non-conformities.
