About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Account Manager who understands that stakeholder relationships aren't just a feature of a project — they're the foundation of it.
At Simply Stakeholders, we help organisations manage complex stakeholder engagement with purpose-built software. Our customers include infrastructure teams, government agencies, and environmental and social impact organisations navigating some of the most demanding engagement landscapes in the world.
In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor to a portfolio of accounts — guiding customers from onboarding through to long-term adoption, surfacing value at every stage, and ensuring they get measurable outcomes from their investment in our platform.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of accounts across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Run quarterly success reviews and proactively identify risk and growth opportunities
- Translate your understanding of stakeholder engagement practice into tailored product guidance
- Partner with customers to build out their engagement workflows inside Simply Stakeholders
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights to product and marketing
- Collaborate with sales on expansion and renewal conversations
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in a consulting role with hands-on stakeholder engagement work — you've sat in the room with project teams, community groups, government stakeholders, or similar
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders across an account
- Comfortable working with SaaS platforms and translating software capability into real-world practice
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can run a boardroom conversation and write a sharp follow-up
- Self-directed and organised, with the ability to manage a portfolio without losing the thread on any account
- Genuine curiosity about how organisations engage their communities and why it matters
Bonus points for: experience in infrastructure, energy, government, or environmental sectors; familiarity with stakeholder engagement frameworks; prior CS or account management experience in a SaaS environment
