What you'll be doing

• Build scalable backend systems and APIs for recruitment automation
• Contribute to full development lifecycle from design to deployment
• Collaborate on feature development and system architecture
• Work with modern cloud technologies, databases, and AI/ML integrations
• Help establish engineering best practices in our growing team

What are we looking forExperience: 0-3 years professional experience - no experience required!Technical Skills:

• Fluency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Java, C#, Go, or Rust
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Eagerness to learn cloud technologies and databases

What We Value Most:
