Social Broker is seeking a motivated self-starter to join its high-performing team. As an account Strategist, you will be the main point person to serve the day-to-day activities of 2-4 clients and be responsible for content creation, scheduling, proactive Instagram engagement, and day-to-day client communication.
The Account Strategist will ensure that Social Broker is delivering high-quality, creative, and error-free content to clients efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with agency and industry best practices. Other responsibilities include recommending strategies and content that align with client’s goals, offering advice and counsel to clients, and working with the account management team to ensure the best work output.

We are looking for someone with…
- A passion for social media and understanding the evolving social media landscape.
- An obsessive attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-level, error-free copy and graphic designs. You're the person who catches typos in novels, you find mistakes on restaurant menus and you read and re-read emails before you send them to the client.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva and basic graphic design principles**.** You don’t need to be a professional designer, but you should feel confident creating clean, modern graphics with a current Instagram-first audience in mind.
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills with clients and with Social Broker team members.
- Excellent judgment when working with team members, client contacts, and vendors.
- Commitment and dedication to the agency’s success as well as individual career.

Responsibilities
- Plan and create client content calendars on a monthly and weekly basis.
- Write new copy and customize existing copy for social media posts with a focus on capturing attention, and driving engagement and action.
- Create new graphic designs and modify existing templates using Canva.
- Assist in optimizing social media pages and profiles for clients.
- Assist in gathering social profile performance data at month end to help the team analyze and make decisions about social strategies and tactics for clients.
- Conduct proactive engagement (Feed, Stories, Hashtags) on Instagram, Facebook, and (if applicable) LinkedIn.
- Respond to client Facebook, Instagram, and (if applicable) LinkedIn comments and messages promptly to build trust and bolster page engagement.
- Contribute to monthly brainstorms and assist with building content calendars and strategies.
- Serve as the daily point person for client communications (content inbox), ensuring that emails are responded to promptly and in alignment with policies in the Social Broker Success Workbook.
