We design and deliver immersive productions, technical installations, and event services for corporate, entertainment and experiential clients. This remote role supports a distributed operations and field-technology workforce across the United States. Primary title: Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist About The Opportunity We are seeking a hands-on Learning & Development Specialist to build scalable learning experiences that accelerate technical competency, standardize operational practices, and improve safety and service quality across field teams and technicians. This remote role blends instructional design, eLearning development, virtual facilitation and LMS administration for a fast-paced AV and events environment. Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end training programs (onboarding, technical upskilling, safety, SOPs) for field technicians and remote staff.
- Create interactive eLearning modules, microlearning assets and assessments using authoring tools and SCORM/xAPI packaging.
- Administer and optimize the LMS: user provisioning, course deployment, learner journeys and compliance tracking.
- Facilitate virtual instructor-led training (VILT), webinars and recorded sessions; maintain a calendar of ongoing learning events.
- Partner with operations, technical leads and subject-matter experts to perform training needs analysis and translate requirements into measurable curricula.
- Measure training effectiveness with learning analytics and feedback loops; iterate on content to improve performance metrics and reduce time-to-proficiency.

Qualifications (brief)

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate SME knowledge into practical learning solutions.
