Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role

We’re launching a new app and are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to create a series of engaging promotional teaser videos. These will showcase the app’s features in a clean, modern style — similar to Sage Copilot promo videos.

You’ll help us build a library of ~10 short clips (30 seconds each) and eventually a longer showcase video. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in producing product promo videos that drive excitement and engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Design and animate ~10 short teaser videos (30 seconds each), with potential to combine into a longer piece
• Develop motion graphics, typography, and transitions that highlight app features and brand identity
• Collaborate with our team on concepts, storyboards, and visual direction
• Deliver polished, ready-to-publish video files optimized for digital platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor / Animator (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar motion design tools
• Experience creating promo, explainer, or marketing videos for apps, tech products, or startups
• Strong design sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Project Details

• Scope: ~10x 30-second clips, with potential extension to 1 longer video
• Contract length: 6-8 weeks
• Pay: $200–$300 per clip (approx. $2,000–$3,000 total for 10 clips)
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Remote
