About us

Strongback Mobility AG is an international design and trading company based in Switzerland. We develop and distribute ergonomic wheelchairs and rollators that help people worldwide move with greater comfort, health, and independence.

To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a reliable, structured, and technically minded Operations Coordinator & Finance Support (50%), starting as soon as possible or by agreement.

Your ResponsibilitiesOperations (approx. 10 hrs/week)

  • Entering, processing, and monitoring distributor orders (mainly via email)
  • Maintaining and updating product, pricing, and order data in our ERP system (Odoo)
  • Acting as a communication link between suppliers in China and distributors worldwide
  • Answering order-related and product questions from distributors (email communication in English)
  • Managing and maintaining product master data and documentation
  • Monitoring relevant operations and customer-success KPIs (lean reporting focused on business pulse)
  • Supporting process improvements in order management and logistics

Our network includes about ten distributors, most of whom place 1–3 orders per year, while our US distribution company orders almost monthly. Communication is well structured, predictable, and documented — not a high-pressure daily workflow.

Finance Support (approx. 7 hrs/week)

  • Recording and posting incoming and outgoing invoices in Odoo
  • Uploading and downloading CAMT files between UBS and Odoo
  • Checking payments and salaries in UBS online banking
  • Maintaining and regularly updating the cash forecast
  • Supporting dunning (very low volume)
  • Preparing and coordinating VAT reporting (outsourced if needed)

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent practical experience
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting — experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong numerical sense and attention to detail
  • Quick learner with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to understand product details (wheelchairs and rollators)
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally Odoo, is a strong advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills; German is helpful but not required
