About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Your primary objective will be to enhance our brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive lead generation by managing and growing our social media presence. This position requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset who can develop compelling content, analyze campaign performance, and adapt strategies to meet evolving business goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in social media management
- Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms
- Creative, witty, and able to generate innovative ideas
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Understanding of advertising concepts, strategies, and campaign measurement
- Dual-monitor setup with at least 8GB RAM
- Internet speed of at least 25 MBPS
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Schedule and publish social media posts across all relevant platforms
- Create and upload content to WordPress websites
- Write timestamps for YouTube videos to enhance viewer experience
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns
- Maintain and grow the company's social media presence by engaging with followers and responding to queries
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media and digital marketing
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze campaign performance data and recommend improvements
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure project success
- Manage tasks using Asana or other project management tools
- Participate in team meetings, organizational updates, and training sessions
- Adapt responsibilities as business needs evolve
- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day
