About the Opportunity:
The DATA ANALYST role is focused on transforming raw data into actionable insights that support smarter business decisions and enhance member services. This position plays a crucial role in monitoring key performance indicators, delivering data-driven recommendations, and collaborating across teams to optimize operational and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership decision-making
- Monitor KPIs related to membership, revenue, and operations
- Collaborate with teams to define data needs and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models for reporting
- Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and statistical modeling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely
- Experience with Python or R is a plus
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
