• Full-time: 6 to 8 hours per day
• Part-time: 2 to 4 hours per day

Role DescriptionThis is a remote position for a Product Testing Coordinator at The Muse-Recruitment, an Australia-based recruitment and operations support firm.

The Product Testing Coordinator will oversee and support product evaluation workflows across various industries, ensuring quality control and testing processes are followed consistently. Daily responsibilities include managing test schedules, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, tracking testing progress, and documenting results.

The role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily and long-term product testing activities
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and testing facilities
• Maintain accurate records of testing procedures and results
• Track product performance against quality benchmarks
• Provide administrative support related to testing compliance and documentation
• Support quality assurance initiatives and assist with report preparation

Qualifications:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Previous experience in product testing, quality coordination, or logistics is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a background in quality assurance or operations is preferred
