Role Description
This is a contract, remote position for a Client Care Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for managing client communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Day-to-day tasks also include responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and building strong, positive relationships to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Professional Phone Etiquette and ability to handle calls efficiently
- Ability to collaborate in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in client management or customer relations is an advantage
- Knowledge of fitness, wellness, or coaching industries is a plus
- Tech-savviness and proficiency with CRM tools and software are preferred
Compensation
This is a fixed contract, compensated at $3,600 usd per 4 week block.
