**Associate Data Analyst (Remote)**
**About the Role**
Arkestro is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join the Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) division within the Arkestro Intelligent Self-Service department. This role supports IVA continuous improvement and internal projects by analyzing natural language, user behavior, and priority analysis results using an evidence-based approach.
The Associate Data Analyst works with analysts, project managers, engineering teams, and customer subject matter experts to connect data analysis findings with business objectives. The role uses the Arkestro suite of analysis tools and other applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel, to develop analyses, prepare recommendations, and support improvements to IVA implementations and user experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct quality analysis of Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) implementations.
* Build data models and libraries, interpret insights, and support business decisions with customers.
* Research and understand client domains and critical business needs to help define and improve IVA performance.
* Analyze user behavior and needs to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
* Develop actionable recommendations for the design and improvement of IVAs and overall user experience.
* Prepare presentation materials and analysis findings for internal review with project teams.
* Collaborate with analysts, project managers, engineering teams, and customer subject matter experts.
* Communicate work status to managers and project managers to support project planning.
* Present recommendations to clients in a compelling and professional manner.
* Obtain client approval of recommendations before continuing IVA development and improvement.
* Use established and creative analytical techniques when evaluating user data.
* Work within established review processes, with recommendations approved by analysts and project teams before customer presentation.
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Linguistics, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* 0–2 years of experience in analysis.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks according to priorities and meet deadlines.
* Ability to communicate work status clearly to managers and project managers.
* Ability to present recommendations professionally and effectively to clients.
* Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
* Ability to successfully complete applicable background screening processes, including employment verification, criminal search, OFAC, Social Security verification, and credit and drug screening where applicable and permitted by federal and local regulations.

* Strong time-management skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

* Basic understanding of Python, R Studio, or other data analysis applications.
