## About the Role
The Web Designer will design websites and landing pages from concept through final delivery, creating responsive and conversion-focused digital experiences. The role involves working closely with strategists, copywriters, developers, and clients, presenting designs, incorporating feedback, and ensuring implemented pages match approved designs.
## Qualifications
* 3+ years of professional web or digital design experience
* Strong portfolio demonstrating website and landing page design
* Advanced Figma skills
* Strong understanding of modern web design practices
* Strong knowledge of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and UX principles
* Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages and marketing websites
* Ability to translate written briefs and business objectives into effective design solutions
* Comfortable presenting design decisions and receiving client feedback
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to collaborate effectively with developers
* Webflow experience is a plus
* Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
* UX research experience is a plus
* Familiarity with CRO and analytics is a plus
* Experience with design systems is a plus
* B2B or SaaS website design experience is a plus
