Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, developing sales plans and strategies, driving revenue growth, and continuously analyzing market trends and performance metrics. The role requires consistent collaboration with various teams to achieve business objectives and deliver superior customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Building Relationships, Client Management, and Communication
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Negotiation, and Sales Planning
  • Knowledge of tools, equipment, or the trades industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and achieve business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong adaptability, resilience, and enthusiasm for delivering results and meeting targets
