🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Create and maintain brand-consistent graphics, layouts, and templates
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate concepts into visual solutions
• Support design needs for product launches, campaigns, and internal communications
• Revise and iterate designs based on feedback and performance insights
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Maintain and organize design files and asset libraries
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

✅ RequirementsJunior–Mid-Level (0–4+ years)

• Experience in graphic design, visual design, or related roles (internships included)
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to present design ideas clearly and incorporate feedback
• Attention to detail and strong visual judgment
• A portfolio demonstrating design skills and versatility

General Requirements

• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
