Contact Centre Operator (Night Shift) Join the Teletrac Navman Connected Services Team – Leaders in Vehicle Security At Teletrac Navman Connected Services, we’re more than just a brand – we’re dedicated to reconnecting drivers with their vehicles. Committed to delivering excellent customer support across various operations, the night shift Contact Centre Operator role is part of our wider team, providing essential services remotely across the United Kingdom. The operations desk is staffed 24/7 throughout the year to ensure continuous support. We are looking for:

  • An experienced customer service agent
  • With experience of working through the night
  • With a positive, can-do attitude that helps solve problems on the fly
  • Can work the 4 nights on, 4 nights off shift pattern

Our services are provided 24/7, 365 days, and your night shifts will include any public holidays falling on your rota. This position can be worked remotely within Great Britain What you'll be doing: As a Contact Centre Operator, you’ll be the first point of contact for system alerts, alarms, emergency calls, breakdown calls, and EV Charging support. You’ll stay composed during busy periods and use your calm telephone manner to deliver top-quality support. Full and ongoing training provided. As a Contact Centre Operator, you will:

  • Communicate with customers on the phone, making sure they get great service and everything is handled accurately.
  • Keep on top of system alerts and alarms as they come in.
  • Take care of theft notifications and manage vehicle theft cases.
  • Handle emergency and breakdown calls quickly and calmly.
  • Offer first-line help for EV Charging customers.
  • Be flexible to cover shifts and holidays when required.

What you'll bring to be successful:

  • Experience of working night shifts and the resilience that this requires.
  • Strong customer service skills with a confident and clear telephone manner.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Ability to absorb and adapt to a variety of skills and processes.
  • Capable of focusing and prioritising effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with accuracy in literacy and numeracy.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • A positive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to work reliably and flexibly.
