Calm Nest Collective is a female-founded startup creating quiet, sensory rooms and offering consulting on neuroinclusion, accessibility, and holistic wellbeing for events and workplaces.

At Calm Nest Collective, we address the rising need for mental wellbeing support, neuroinclusion, and accessibility in high-stress environments like events and workplaces, while promoting social equity and sustainable practices that prioritise people and the planet.

Our Calm Nest Spaces are thoughtfully designed to support mental wellbeing and provide a safe, inclusive environment for individuals to decompress and recharge - especially those who are neurodivergent or experiencing stress and overwhelm.

By combining practical solutions with inclusive design, we help events and workplaces become safer, more supportive, and truly human-centered spaces for everyone.

Role (Volunteer, unpaid): Graphic DesignerRole Description: Calm Nest Collective is looking for a creative, values-driven graphic designer to help bring our work to life visually across LinkedIn and Instagram and other promotional materials.

You’ll collaborate closely with our founder to visually express our mission: creating calmer, more inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly spaces within events, workplaces, and public venues.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thoughtful design, meaningful storytelling, and work that has real social impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing visually engaging posts, carousels, and stories based on our content calendar
• Adapting existing brand assets into consistent, recognisable templates
• Brainstorming creative ways to visually tell stories around wellbeing, sustainability, and inclusion
• Adapt all existing materials to the new branding, creating visuals for workshops, campaigns, partnerships, and speaking engagements

We already have a strong, authentic voice, what we’re looking for is someone who can translate that voice into clear, calm, and compelling visuals.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Care deeply about mental health, inclusion, and purposeful design
• Have experience using Canva (required)
• Enjoy collaborating, taking initiative, and working with intention rather than urgency
