Company Description
Windrose Technology Inc. specializes in the electrification of long-haul trucking, leading advancements in sustainable transport solutions. With its first product homologated and certified in China, the US, and Europe, the company has a global presence. Partnering with renowned logistics companies, Windrose has successfully deployed its electric trucks across 5 continents and 24 countries. Our mission is to revolutionize transportation while reducing the environmental impact of logistics operations.
Role Description

This role is based in the Nordics, operates in a remote work structure, and requires frequent travel to customer and partner sites.

- Perform basic inspection, replacement, and adjustment work with remote support from engineering teams

- Support vehicle pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and on-site validation testing
2. Pre-Sales Technical Support & Testing
- Participate in pre-sales vehicle demonstrations, customer trials, and technical validation activities
- Support charging compatibility tests and real-world operational testing
- Record test data and prepare structured feedback reports for sales and product teams
3. Local Service Network Coordination
- Coordinate and support local service partners in conducting maintenance and repairs
- Act as the company’s technical representative to guide service partners on complex issues
- Help establish regional service capability, standards, and processes
- Support training of service partners and customer technicians
4. Regulatory & Authority Communication Support
- Assist in technical communication with local regulators (transport authorities, certification bodies, etc.)
- Support vehicle registration, testing approvals, and related technical documentation
- Provide on-site technical explanations and materials when required for compliance or certification
5. Technical Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Structure and report field issues to central R&D teams
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and technical improvement actions
- Track issue resolution progress and ensure proper closure on the customer side
QualificationsBasic Requirements
- Educational background in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
- Experience with commercial vehicles, heavy trucks, buses, or construction machinery preferred
- Basic hands-on capability in vehicle maintenance and electrical systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in field environments
- Valid driver’s license (truck license is an advantage)
Language Requirements
- Fluent Chinese & English
- Proficiency in at least one Nordic languages (Norwegian / Danish / Swedish / Finnish)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as a field service engineer or technical support engineer
- Experience communicating with regulatory or certification authorities
- Experience in service network development or service partner management
Personal Attributes
- Strong ability to drive problem resolution across teams
- Structured and clear in reporting technical issues
- Independent yet collaborative working style
- Customer-oriented and professional in complex field environments
