Location: Australia (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–1 Year About The Role We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Associate Product Analyst to join our Product team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to build a career in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Operations. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders to analyse product performance, gather user insights, and support data-driven decision-making. The role offers exposure to the full product lifecycle and provides a strong foundation for future growth in product-related careers. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse product performance metrics and user behaviour data.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Support user research and customer feedback analysis.
  • Monitor key product KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams during product development.
  • Assist in product testing and feature validation activities.
  • Maintain product documentation and process records.
  • Support product launches and post-launch performance reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with academic projects, internships, or product-related coursework.
  • Knowledge of product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
