We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital storytelling, audience engagement, and building strong online communities in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok).
• Manage day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

✅ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Based in Australia with legal right to work full-time.
