Advaya is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a junior role, perfect for someone who’s eager to learn and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of marketing and communications: CRM, partnerships, email campaigns, affiliate programmes, and audience growth through both paid and organic channels.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and collaborate with the content and membership teams to help shape and deliver campaigns that grow Advaya’s reach and deepen connections with our global community.
Role Details
● Reports to: Head of Marketing
● Contract: Freelance / Part-time (3 - 4 days per week)
● Location: Remote (Amsterdam based preferred)
● Start Date: September 2024 (ideally)
● Pay: £130 - £150 per day

What you’ll do
- You’ll support the Head of Marketing to deliver end-to-end campaigns across all Advaya channels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
●Communications & CRM
- Assist in drafting and scheduling newsletters, promotional emails, and member
- updates.
- Help maintain and segment our mailing lists, ensuring accurate and effective
- targeting.
- Track and report on email performance and audience engagement.
● Partnerships & Affiliates
- Research and outreach to potential partners, affiliates, and collaborators.
- Help coordinate partnership campaigns and track affiliate performance.
●Paid & Organic Campaign Support
- Support on setting up paid campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.) and monitor performance.
- Assist in coordinating UGC and organic social media collaborations.
- Contribute ideas for improving audience growth and engagement across all platforms.
● Analytics & Insights
- Track campaign performance (email, paid, social) and support reporting.
- Gather key learnings to help improve future campaigns.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- A strong communicator with excellent written English.
- Curious, proactive, and keen to learn about all aspects of marketing.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passionate about Advaya’s mission, with an interest in education, ecology, creativity, and
- community-building.
- Familiar with (or willing to learn): email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and basic analytics
- dashboards.
